In our workshop we will cover The Body and The Mind in two separate days, each for 3 hours.

Day 1- The Body, healthy living, tai chi power stances, foot health, self massage, getting up from a chair safely and lots more.

Day 2- The Mind, brain health, mindfulness and meditation. Breathing exercises - progressive relaxation and lots more.
